Matt Coletta is a Managing Partner for Business Team - Business Sales & Acquisitions, the largest Business Brokerage Firm in the Western US since 1981. With over 17 years of experience in the business brokerage industry, Matt has earned the confidence and respect of both buyers and sellers he has represented as well as his fellow brokers.  During this time Matt has represented numerous buyers and sellers in various industries.  These include manufacturing, distribution, service, health care, construction, automotive, technology, food related plus other industries.  Buyers have ranged from private individuals to private equity groups.  Each buyer or seller receives the same personalized, quality service from Matt no matter how large or small.  As an active member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Southern California Business Brokers Network (SCBBN), Matt has access to a wide network of resources.  Matt has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1989.  Matt’s credentials include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance and a Designation Degree in Real Estate Development from SDSU / UCLA.  Additionally, Matt has earned the designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) from the International Business Brokers Association.  The CBI designation is granted to a select group of individuals who are seasoned in the industry, have completed over 60 hours of course work including financial analysis, pricing/valuation, legal and tax implications related to the sale or purchase of a business and have passed a comprehensive exam. In addition, they must complete continuing education every 2 years to renew the designation. With this designation, comes the guarantee that you will be working with an individual who is specifically trained and has met all the requirements to be a professional and knowledgeable intermediary.  Matt has also earn the designation of Certified Business Broker (CBB) from the California Association of Business Brokers.
